Licensing Status

Patriot Pines Plant Nursery LLC is currently completing state nursery licensing and registration through the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS). All required applications and registrations have been submitted and we are awaiting final inspection and approval.

What this means for you:

All non-plant products — concrete garden décor, resin and epoxy art, collectible figurines, merchandise, and garden tools — are available for purchase now
Plant sales are on hold until FDACS licensing and inspection is fully approved
This page will be updated as soon as plant sales are officially open

We are committed to operating fully within Florida state law. Plant sales will not begin until all required licenses and inspections are complete.

Plant Health — Important Notice

All plants sold by Patriot Pines are grown in Florida and inspected prior to sale. We take pride in the quality and health of every plant we put out.

However, all plant sales are final. Once a plant leaves our care, its health depends on the environment it's placed in, watering habits, soil conditions, and other factors outside our control. We strongly recommend consulting DR. Green Thumb or reaching out to us before purchasing if you have questions about whether a specific plant is right for your growing conditions.

If you receive a plant that is visibly damaged or unhealthy at the time of delivery or pickup, contact us immediately at patriotpinesnursery@gmail.com, send photos showing damage immediately, and we will work with you to make it right.

Refunds & Returns

Our refund and return policy is managed through our Square store. Please review the full policy at checkout before completing your purchase.

General guidelines:

All plant sales are final — no refunds or exchanges once a plant has left our care
Non-plant products (décor, resin art, figurines, merchandise, tools) are subject to the refund policy outlined in our Square store
Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or pickup

We are a small business and we handle every order personally. If something isn't right, reach out and we will do our best to resolve it fairly.

Terms of Sale

By placing an order with Patriot Pines Plant Nursery LLC you agree to the following:

All purchases are made through our Square store and are subject to Square's payment terms
Patriot Pines currently ships to Florida addresses only
Live plant availability is subject to season, weather, and inventory limitations — availability shown in the shop reflects current stock and is subject to change
Orders are processed and shipped or prepared for pickup after payment is confirmed
Patriot Pines reserves the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if a product becomes unavailable after purchase
Founding Member discounts and perks are tied to NFT holdings or GiveSendGo contribution tiers and are subject to the terms outlined on the Founding Members page

We collect basic contact information (name, email address) when you sign up for updates, fill out our contact form, or make a purchase through our Square store.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties
We do not share your information with anyone outside of what is necessary to process your order (Square payment processing)

Our store runs through Square. Purchases are subject to Square's privacy policy and terms of service. Our contact form runs through Google Forms, subject to Google's privacy policy.
